With our brands APT, Masterflex and Novoplast we ll present you three strong brands and their products and solutions for the food and pharmaceutical industry.
CPhI Worldwide is the world's most influential pharmaceutical trade show. The pharmaceutical industry's preferred event is finally back as a presence event from November 9-11 at Fiera Milano in Milan, Italy. The show brings together more than 2500 exhibitors and around 45,000 trade visitors and decision-makers from over 150 countries and is considered the absolute trade show hotspot for pharmaceutical companies worldwide.
Masterflex: The specialists for conveying hoses and pipes with PU lining
The spiral hose business is the core competence of the Masterflex brand, with the production focus in Gelsenkirchen.
In addition to extruded spiral hoses, clip hoses and film hoses are developed, produced and distributed. Connecting elements such as sleeves, flanges, threaded connectors, clamps and other accessories round off the range. The range includes products that meet individual requirements and demanding tasks.
APT: The specialists for fluoropolymers
The APT Advanced Polymer Tubing GmbH from Neuss has been part of the Masterflex Group since 2017. The company specializes in single and multilayer hose extrusion as well as shrink and corrugated hoses made of fully or partially fluorinated plastics (fluoropolymers). With APT hoses you choose the highest safety and quality:
- 100% inline measurement control with X-ray measurement technology
- Laser marking for 100% traceability or marketing purposes
- Production of tightest tolerances, e.g. for piggable hoses

The specialists for fine hoses
Novoplast Schlauchtechnik in Halberstadt specializes in the extrusion of hoses and profiles in the diameter range 0.5 to 50 mm for industrial as well as medical technology applications. In some cases, these products are also further processed, for example by thermofixing or by other special assembly and shaping processes.
Tubing and profile extrusion is carried out on state-of-the-art equipment. Clean rooms of ISO classes 6, 7 and 8 are set up for production in medical technology, ensuring low-particle and low-germ production.

Not every hose is suitable for transport in the pharmaceutical industry. In the production facilities, strict regulations and the highest requirements are placed on the materials used and the hoses must meet the highest hygienic requirements to guarantee safe processing of the products to be manufactured. Our special coating system enables us to manufacture unique hose systems that can be precisely sealed and connected to other functional parts. This means that there is always an optimum flow and material contamination due to undesirable media residues is a thing of the past.
Fluoropolymer hoses - the all-rounders for temperature and chemical resistance
Hoses made of fluoropolymers have special properties: they are extremely temperature-stable against heat, resistant to almost all types of chemicals such as petrol, solvents, acids or alkalis and, in addition, they are also resistant to long-term weathering. But: Not only do they have to permanently withstand high temperatures, at the same time they also have to be pure, i.e. without additives, plasticizers and other additives, so that they are physiologically harmless. This makes them the perfect sparring partner for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
