This food box is a cooperative in-house development by Masterflex Group subsidiaries Fleima-Plastic and Novoplast Schlauchtechnik. Wondering why the Masterflex Group produces a stackable food box? Because it can! Because of our broad material and processing expertise, we can produce injection molded parts - in addition to high-tech hoses - and laser mark them. The stackable foodbox as a product makes you understand the competences of our undertakings.
IN SET
Our in-house development of the stacking foodboxes consists of two matching injection molded parts each, manufactured by Fleima-Plastic in Wald-Michelbach. The colored food box bases and matching lids are made of food-grade polypropylene.
The components were laser-etched at Novoplast Schlauchtechnik in Halberstadt - you'll find it on the colored cans and the wooden lid, which also makes an excellent cutting or serving surface.
The bamboo wooden board is made of a rapidly renewable resource and is a visual and tactile component of the stacking food boxes. Finally, all components are covered with a textile elastic band, which ensures the firm cohesion - even when filled.
The boxes and intermediate lids of the stacking food box are made of food-safe polypropylene.
These components of the article are suitable for use in a microwave oven (max. 3 min. at up to 120 °C) for reheating food - not for cooking. Even in a dishwasher, this temperature is not usually exceeded.
Stability up to -20 °C allows to freeze food with the plastic parts of the stacking box. Clean the bamboo board only with mild soap. It is not dishwasher safe.
