Gelsenkirchen, 21th March 2017 - The capital increase which was implemented on 15th March 2017 was entered into the Commercial Register today. Therefore the stock capital of the Masterflex SE amounts to € 9,752,460 and the total number of shares with voting rights amounts to 9,752,460 shares.
