Are you looking for an apprenticeship where you can bring your strengths to bear? Then you've come to the right place: We are looking for people like you who want to make more of their skills. We are the technology leader for hoses and connection systems and offer you training opportunities in commercial and technical professions at our German locations.
You not only like to work with your head, but also with your hands? You like to solve knifflige tasks and can also imagine complex processes well? Perfectly! Then our technical training courses are just right for you:
When there is something to organize, do you prefer to take matters into your own hands? You are communicative, fit in arithmetic and would like to get to know all departments around our products? Wonderful! Then one of our commercial apprenticeships is just right for you:
Then simply get to know a few of our colleagues! In our employee videos, our colleagues talk about their day-to-day work at Masterflex. Trainee Max Heller was able to experience the varied working day in the marketing department of an industrial company at first hand.
We were guests at Halberstadt High School, one of the oldest schools in Germany, where we presented our training opportunities at the Halberstadt site. Such cooperations give us the opportunity to provide information about entry and career opportunities at the Masterflex Group at an early stage and to inspire pupils for the industry. Our training managers Katja Mokosch and Niels Mitzlaff reported on apprenticeships, entry opportunities and career opportunities at Novoplast Schlauchtechnik.
