The first results of the long-term development project in cooperation with a start-up are now available, demonstrating the very good forecasting accuracy of the AI system. Industry experts have described the system in the Masterflex extrusion hall as the most modern system in the world. Process optimization through machine learning
With the help of advanced AI algorithms, important quality parameters can be reliably predicted. In addition, anomaly detection enables the early identification of deviations in the article- and system-specific process parameters. The goal: automated monitoring of the production process.
