Three apprenticeships as industrial clerks and six apprenticeships in the industrial sector were filled. These include the apprenticeships for machine and plant operators, tool mechanics, warehouse logistics specialists and process mechanics in plastics technology.
At Masterflex, trainees are fully integrated into the daily work routine right from the start. A good basis in training is the foundation for later professional success. "It is important to us to provide our trainees with all the important, technical content right from the start," says Martina Kellner, training manager at Masterflex headquarters.
On August 1, the young trainees were warmly welcomed by their training supervisors at Masterflex or the subsidiaries and were directly introduced to their work areas. Masterflex is very pleased about the new employees and wishes them all the best for their future careers.
With the new "apprentices", Masterflex is thus training 16 young people throughout the Group. In addition, internships or dual training programs (such as a bachelor's degree in business administration) are always offered in cooperation with universities of applied sciences.
Two apprentices successfully passed their examinations to become machine and plant operators and industrial clerks in early summer 2012 and were taken on.
