People who want to work together should get to know each other. Career fairs provide a good opportunity for this, where companies and potential employees can make initial contacts.
The Masterflex Group will be presenting itself to potential candidates for the next round of training at three career fairs in September.
Masterflex will kick things off on September 1 at the "Ausbildung & Studium" trade fair in the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen. This fair is aimed primarily at high school graduates.
On September 9 and 10, trainees and employees of Matzen & Timm will make initial contact with up-and-coming talent at the "Junge Messe" in the TriBühne in Norderstedt.
Then, on September 17, Novoplast Schlauchtechnik presents itself at the "Berufs- und Studienmesse" of the Agentur für Arbeit in Halberstadt.
In addition to the company booths, there will be an extensive accompanying program with lectures and workshops on current topics as well as general information about careers at all the trade fairs.
The Masterflex Group has been providing training for many years in the professions of industrial clerk, office communications clerk, warehouse logistics specialist, machine and plant operator, process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology, and tool mechanic.
On August 1, 2016, seven young professionals started their training at the Masterflex Group.
