„Dragon Hoses“ reach 5th place in dragon boat race!

Their training, fitness, and the good weather paid off for the 20 participants (5 of which women) from Matzen & Timm who paddled their way through the city of Norderstedt's annual dragon boat race directly to rank 5 in the category "long boat".
"This is a great result", says team captain Christian Merseburger, "and a huge improvement compared to last year." Previously, the "Dragon Hoses" made a respectable 13th place in the race.
This year, 12 teams from Norderstedt and the surrounding area competed in the long boats decorated with impressive dragon heads. Every competitor got a medal - and two "thumbs up" from us!
