Ingram Micro presents the Vendor Award Supplies 2002 to DICOTA GmbH
Ingram Micro has honored DICOTA GmbH among all its suppliers with the Vendor Award Supplies 2002. With this award, the Munich-based IT distributor honors the excellent cooperation with DICOTA, the specialist for mobile computing.
With the Vendor Award Supplies, Ingram Micro honors the manufacturer that has performed best in the test period, taking into account various criteria. These criteria include "support and service", "delivery capability", "handling of payment transactions", "marketing support" and "revenue development". In the overall ranking of these criteria, DICOTA took 1st place in the recent 2002 evaluation.
"This award is a great confirmation of our work and at the same time motivation to become even better in the future" for DICOTA, commented press spokesman Michael Jacobi. In recent months, the company has restructured its support for major customers in particular, which has led to this pleasing feedback.
