Wide range of high temperature resistant hoses for many industries

Shining silvery, the Master-Clip HT 1100 symbolizes the category of high-temperature resistant suction hoses from Masterflex AG in Gelsenkirchen, Germany. Such suction hoses are needed in many areas of industry. Especially in exhaust technology and in the metallurgical and steel industries, hoses have to withstand extremely high temperature loads.
Masterflex AG manufactures a wide range of high-temperature resistant hoses up to + 1,100 °C. Thanks to a special manufacturing process, the hoses are neither welded, glued, sewn nor vulcanized . The Masterflex solution: an external clamping profile makes it possible to process different fabrics into hoses.
Textile fabrics up to + 300 °C, glass and steel wire fabrics for higher temperature ranges

For example, specially coated textile fabrics with high mechanical load-bearing capacity are used for the temperature range up to + 300 °C; for the higher temperature ranges up to + 1,100 °C, Masterflex uses VA wire reinforced glass fabrics and VA steel wire fabrics.
Master-Clip HT 650 and HT 1100 - the all-rounders among the high-temperature hoses

With the Master-Clip HT 650 and the Master-Clip HT 1100, Masterflex offers a double-layer or 3-layer high-temperature hose up to + 650 °C or up to + 1,100 °C. In the Master-Clip HT 650, the inner and outer layers consist of a high-temperature fabric specially coated with heat stabilizers and reinforced with woven-in VA wires. The clamping profile helix is made of hot-dip galvanized steel strip as standard.

The Master-Clip HT 1100 consists of an inner layer of a specially coated high-temperature fabric - also reinforced by VA wire mesh - an intermediate layer of Therm textile material and an outer VA wire mesh.
The areas of application for these high-temperature hoses are extremely varied. They are used, for example, in exhaust gas extraction in critical areas of the automotive industry as well as in flue gas extraction or in many areas of mechanical engineering and in steel and metallurgical plants.
This is due to the outstanding properties of the high-temperature fabrics used. The hoses not only have very good temperature resistance, but are even flame-retardant and particularly vibration-resistant thanks to the woven-in VA wire reinforcement components. Nevertheless, they are flexible, axially compressible and have good vacuum resistance.
The Master-Clip HT 650 and Master-Clip HT 1100 are just two examples among many outstanding high-temperature resistant suction hoses from Masterflex AG. Depending on the type of hose, diameters from 38 to 2000 millimeters are available, naturally including various connection and joining elements that allow the hoses to be connected directly. All hoses have extremely small bending radii. The design-related external scuff protection spiral made of galvanized steel strip or VA strip simultaneously provides a high level of external scuff protection when used on the ground.
