Masterflex expands production capacity for Master-NEO and Master-SIL hoses

Due to the steadily growing demand for the high-quality Master-Neo and Master-SIL hoses, Masterflex AG has further expanded its manufacturing and storage capacities for this product line.

Gelsenkirchen, June 24, 2005

Due to the steadily growing demand for the high-quality Master-Neo and Master-SIL hoses, Masterflex AG has further expanded its manufacturing and storage capacities for this product line. Almost all common nominal diameters from DN 13 to DN 305 can be supplied from stock within 24 hours.

The vulcanized hoses made of neoprene or silicone-coated glass fabric, which are manufactured on state-of-the-art equipment, are characterized by their long service life and particularly good (symmetrical) folding behavior. Even in difficult installation situations, the extremely flexible and lightweight hoses can be easily installed.

These hoses are used wherever air or gaseous media with high intrinsic or ambient temperatures are conveyed. They can withstand continuous temperatures of up to +135°C or +250°C (+150°C / +300°C for short periods).

Classic areas of application for these hoses are, for example, drying systems in the plastics industry. However, the hoses are also used in vehicle, aircraft and engine construction.

The hoses can be supplied immediately from stock, in single- and two-ply versions and in the diameter ranges 13 - 305 mm.
