With the aim of making it easier for young people to find a career and at the same time attracting good junior staff, the Masterflex Group provides information about its training opportunities at various locations. After all, attracting skilled workers is becoming an increasingly important topic in companies.
Under the motto: "Talents wanted - training with a future", the subsidiary Novoplast Schlauchtechnik, based in Halberstadt, presented itself at the end of September at the career guidance fair in the Halberstadt employment office. Novoplast Schlauchtechnik is already well-known as an employer in the Harz district: Around 40 students and relatives were given advice at the stand about all the training opportunities on offer. These include technical and commercial areas such as training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology, as a specialist for warehouse logistics or as an industrial clerk. A total of around 1,000 visitors attended the event. "Participating in the career fair was a complete success and shows us that we are on the right track for future vocational training," summarizes Niels Mitzlaff from the Technology and Development department at Novoplast Schlauchtechnik.
