No less than seven highly motivated Masterflex employees set off for the Veltins Arena in new jerseys and the best summer weather. Here, Mayor Karin Welge gave the starting signal for the 5.4, kilometer run in the early evening. A total of 2,500 runners from 100 companies made their way around Berger Feld and along the club and training grounds of FC Schalke 04.
