The company's HR department introduced the offer to give employees the opportunity to get their dream bike and benefit from attractive discounts of up to 40%. Financing is provided by the Masterflex Group, allowing employees to enjoy tax benefits.
The aim behind the Jobbike programme is to motivate employees to exercise more and at the same time protect the environment. And it seems to be working! The popularity of the Jobbike is steadily increasing and more and more employees are using the offer not only for their commute to work. Interestingly, an internal survey shows that the Jobbike has an extremely positive effect on the employees. They move significantly more and like to use the bike for joint activities in their free time. E-bikes in particular allow longer distances to be covered without any problems.
