At the industrial trade fair "Industria", which took place in Budapest from May 24 - May 27, 2005, Masterflex AG - this year for the first time together with its subsidiary Novoplast Schlauchtechnik GmbH - was able to record a successful second foreign trade fair this year.
During the four days of the fair, numerous new international contacts were made in addition to existing business contacts.
At the German joint stand, Masterflex AG presented hose constructions of the Master-PUR and Master-Clip series to the international trade visitors.
In particular, the extremely abrasion-resistant hoses made of polyurethane and the Master-Clip high-temperature hoses up to +1,100 °C proved to be real crowd-pullers.
The extensive range of connecting elements, such as the Combiflex range of flanges, couplings and threaded connectors made of abrasion-resistant polyurethane, which has successfully established itself on the market, also attracted international trade visitors to the Masterflex AG stand.
The product highlight of Masterflex AG was clearly the newly developed hoses and connection systems for the food and pharmaceutical industries. These comply with all major regulations relevant to the food industry. In addition to FDA and BfR conformity, these include above all EC Directive 2002/72/EC.
This year's trade fair appearance of Masterflex AG was rounded off by the visit of the Bavarian Secretary of State for Economic Affairs, Hans Spitzner, who traveled to Budapest on the occasion of the major industrial trade fair accompanied by a 36-strong business delegation, and was also informed at the Masterflex AG trade fair stand about new products and the latest development trends of the Masterflex Group.
The "Industria", which took place for the 13th time this year, has meanwhile developed into the leading industrial trade fair in Hungary. More than 600 exhibitors from 19 countries presented themselves to around 16000 trade visitors.
