The basis for the certification was an independent and representative employee survey and an HR interview. In the survey, employees were able to indicate, among other things, whether they would recommend their employer to others. Additional services provided by the employer as well as further development opportunities within the company and benefits were also used as evaluation criteria.
“Taking part in the anonymous and independent survey was particularly important to us, as we value our employees highly and wanted to gain an insight into how we operate as an employer. We are naturally delighted with the rating. Our employees do a great job every day and we want to help them feel valued and comfortable with us,” says Christina Neubauer, Head of Human Resources at the Masterflex Group.
