The scientific experts of TOP 100 investigate this question every year and draw up an individual innovation balance sheet for each award-winning company.
The current innovation balance sheet shows that the Masterflex Group has understood that investment in innovation is the economic success of tomorrow. At the same time, the experts attest to the Masterflex Group's above-average innovation management.
"The competition was stronger than ever before," says Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke from the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and scientific director of TOP 100 since 2002.
The jury was particularly impressed by the performance in the areas of top management, innovation climate, processes/organization, external orientation/open innovation and innovation successes.
By once again defending its TOP 100 title, the Masterflex Group has also proven that it has managed to remain innovation-oriented and even develop further. This requires an entrepreneurial vision geared towards innovation.
The Masterflex Group was particularly impressive in the area of "Sustainable Innovation": The ambitious Hero@Zero program aims to transform the hose and connection systems business into a circular economy by 2035.
The TOP 100 jury predicts that the Masterflex Group will further increase its already above-average level of innovation in the coming years.
