TOP 100 is the only innovation competition in Germany to recognize medium-sized companies for their innovation management and innovation success. We were particularly convincing in the "Innovative processes and organization" category. We have around 15 employees working on innovation developments: They test new materials, create antistatic hoses with approval for the food sector or work on recycling concepts (Hero@Zero). This is already the 4th TOP 100 award for us.

With our listing in the World Market Leader Index of the University of St. Gallen, we are one of the world market leader champions. The term "world market leader" stands for globally active and successful companies across all sectors, most of which have leading technologies and outstanding product and service quality. The economist Christoph Müller has developed a strict procedure on the basis of which he compiles the list of world market leaders every year. Anyone who wants to gain a place in the world market leader index of the renowned university must meet these criteria.
The Masterflex Group has been honored once again.
We have been rated “very good” as an employer and awarded the TOP Employer seal by the German Institute for Quality Standards and Testing (DIQP). The certification is based on employee opinions, which were collected in a representative survey, as well as an HR interview. The interview covers the areas of work processes and organization, leadership and vision, family orientation, employer branding, new work, separation and transition management and the employer's performance.
