The Master-PUR hose range is highly flexible, extremely durable and extremely abrasion resistant to withstand even the toughest conditions. Made from FDA-approved materials, Master-PUR hoses are anti-static, flame retardant and have a smooth inner wall for optimum flow.

Master-PUR X extruded tubing is manufactured using an in-line extrusion and heat welding process. Master-PUR X hoses are more robust than other PUR hoses. During the extrusion process, a steel wire is co-extruded into a polyurethane profile so that the wire cannot move or twist. The edges of the contoured profile are then heat-welded, creating a hose with a smooth inner wall. Due to its construction, Master-PUR X hoses are longer lasting, helping to reduce maintenance issues and downtime associated with the use of polyurethane hoses.
